Rob gave clear advice about the management of the restoration, what would be required e.g. to preserve the artwork on the inlaid pieces. He took great care to establish our wishes in detail. We are absolutely delighted with the work. The furniture has never looked so good - amazing finish on tables restored to their former glory. Rob was extremely thorough and professional throughout, allowing discussion and giving appropriate advice. The work on the piano was carried out in situ and everything cleaned up afterwards.
